A set of 5 in-person 1-1 sessions with Justine, will allow you to go deeper, experiencing the healing power of your own breath over a longer period, so you stay focussed and begin to feel more habitual with breathwork, making it a part of your daily ritual. You may seek a deeper connection with yourself or inspiration when nothing seems quite right. It may be to overcome constant fear or stress, or to move through deep-seated emotional issues or trauma. You may be struggling to sleep.
Whatever the reasons, a 1-1 Conscious Connected Breath session with Justine will help you on your journey to achieving optimum health and vitality, gain greater clarity and enhance the process of self-discovery. I'll also be using some light acupressure during the session. Each of your 5 sessions will last around 1hr 20 mins and is held in a beautiful hexagonal woodland cabin set under a magnificent fern-leafed beech tree. The area you'll be breathing in is surrounded by the beautiful countryside and woodlands of the Surrey Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
