I'm excited to say that I will be running a brand-new 1-day retreat in the stunning Cambridgeshire countryside on Saturday 22nd April with the incredible somatic movement coach, Shaun Brooking, and I wanted to share the details with my community first, as there are limited places available. We want to keep this an intimate group, so you feel held, seen and important. So many workshops and retreats nowadays are just too big and can feel overwhelming, but that won’t be the case here. This will be a place in nature where we connect to our bodies, our breath and to each other.
You’ll leave with more vitality, feeling relaxed, less stressed and importantly, with tools to maintain it all after the day. You will be guided through explorative movement situations, tune deeply into your physical, emotional and spiritual self via your breath, and get curious about what you can do with your body. Not only that you’ll be learning how to connect more deeply with nature (and therefore yourself) and spend some time in Paus’s wonderful outdoor wood-fired hot tubs
Who it's for:
You want to find ease of movement, without the effort.
You feel over stressed, overwhelmed, tired and want to reset your sleep rhythms.
You have a foggy mind and seek more clarity.
You struggle to switch off and slow down.
You've found that most Breathwork out there creates more anxiety than relaxation and want to learn a technique that will take you towards optimum physical health, emotional clarity and a deeper connection with yourself.
