
On 17th February I'll be running a 90 min workshop for the Bamford Haybarn Spa up at Daylesford Organic in the Cotswolds from 5-6.30pm.
If you've never been, it's really worth the journey time to get there. Over forty years ago, Daylesford began to turn their family’s farmland over to sustainable, organic farming, first in Staffordshire and then in the Cotswolds. What began as a simple passion for real food and a desire to feed their children better has grown into Daylesford as it's known today, one of the most sustainable organic farms in the UK. As part of this, their Bamford Wellness Spa offers a holistic wellness space situated in the heart of the Daylesford Organic Farm. They offer a selection of carefully curated treatments, mind and movement classes, in addition to state of the art facilities are devoted to relaxing, restoring and nurturing your well-being in a gentle holistic way.

The Bamford Wellness Spa in the Cotswolds is housed in a high-ceilinged, expansive agricultural barn. The space works with the building’s original features to allow for maximum natural light and air circulation. Natural, locally-sourced materials were chosen for the build and a full-height entrance creates a large, open focal point that complements the rural surroundings. Renewable energy and a biomass boiler are used to heat and power the building.I'm hugely proud to be running this workshop for them to celebrate Love, which they are focussing on for the month of February.

I'm also running a second one in Bamford London on 24th Feb from 2pm-3.30pm.

Conscious Breathing is a gentle, simple technique that helps you to open up the full potential of your breathing system for better physical and emotional well-being. It's been demonstrated to have many benefits, including increased energy, better immune response, and increased ability to deal with stress in a healthy way.
Breathwork helps you towards optimum mental health, emotional clarity and experience an ever-deepening relationship with yourself and others. It’s the means by which we can embark upon the ultimate journey: the one where we discover who we really are. It can also facilitate the growth needed in order for us to transform into who we’re capable of becoming.
In this session Justine will give a short introduction to the workings and benefits of Breathwork, then it’s into the breathing session. You'll lie on your back (or for those with any heart or respiratory issues, in a semi-elevated position) and the whole group will breathe together.
